• Excellent client-facing communication and professionalism.
• Confident phone presence and warm consultations.
• Strong organizational and process-improvement skills.
• Full-time on-site availability in Apex, NC.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; commensurate experience considered.

Responsibilities
