• Experience in customer service and office administration.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client charts and keep information up to date.
• Prioritize welcome and confirmation calls and provide friendly service.
• Manage clinic schedule for walk-ins, appointments, and potential clients.
• Enter stock and custom orders; perform weekly inventory audit.
• Record cash and deposits; complete end-of-day reports and settlements.
• Maintain a clean, inviting environment and knowledge of HearUSA products.
