Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• High-volume call center experience strongly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with project coordination or workflow management is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience with workflow management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound client calls.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to gather documentation and schedule appointments.
• Track client workflows and help move projects through internal processes.
• Coordinate requests between clients and internal professionals to ensure timely resolution.
• Assist with administrative functions including invoicing, document preparation, printing, and scheduling.
• Maintain accountability for resolving client inquiries from start to finish.
