Job summary

Land Title Guarantee Company is seeking a Customer Experience Officer / Receptionist for the Denver area. The role focuses on coordinating a seamless closing experience, answering client inquiries, and maintaining accurate customer data in our systems.

This is an on-site, full-time position with opportunities to contribute to reporting and office operations. The candidate will model our culture, support clients, and help manage schedules, orders, and internal communications.

Responsibilities

• Champion Our Culture: model and mentor others to uphold the Land Title Guarantee Company culture.
• Support Our Customers: answer inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Manage the Closing Experience: coordinate daily closing activities, calendars, schedules, and events.
• Initiate New Orders: process incoming orders per established work procedures.
• Maintain Customer Data: compile seller/buyer/borrower profiles in the CRM.
• Drive Reporting & Compliance: assist in creating and distributing key reports and data.
