Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Weekend and extended hours availability.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience, handling transactions and uncovering needs.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service banking solutions.
• Support sales through outbound calls and client outreach.
• Understand and deliver Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
