Job summary

Truist is seeking a Universal Banker in Virginia to deliver a distinctive client experience, conduct transactions, and educate customers on digital banking options. You will support sales efforts, engage in outbound outreach, and rely on IRM to provide tailored solutions while adhering to policies.

This role requires a high school diploma, cash handling experience, and flexibility to work weekends; base salary ranges from $45,760 to $51,750 with additional incentive pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller, cash handling, or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and perform transactions with accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales through outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend trainings to improve product knowledge and service delivery.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
