Job summary

Truist in Manassas, VA is seeking a Part-time Universal Banker to provide timely client service, process transactions, and maintain accurate records while safeguarding funds. You will educate clients on self-service banking options and support outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management activities.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to multi-task, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and branch automation.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints and support service workflows.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• willingness to travel to accommodate staffing needs and work weekends or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and accurate transaction handling.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service banking options to enhance service.
• Support sales via outbound calls, checking offers, and identifying needs for referrals.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank routines and training activities.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
