Qualifications

• Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a high volume sales environment, handling cash receipts and payments.
• Evaluate customer relationships and recommend bank products and services.
• Follow bank policies and supervisor directions.
• Achieve monthly new account production targets as assigned by management.
• Cross-sell bank services and assist a diverse customer base, including Spanish-speaking customers.
• Process deposits, issue receipts, and balance daily transactions.
