Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide Teller and cash vault transactions accurately and timely.
• Sell and service bank products and services; assist with new accounts and maintenance of accounts.
• Answer customer questions and resolve related account problems; cross-sell products to customers.
• Open and close personal and commercial accounts in accordance with procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of new account opening procedures and compliance requirements.
• Assist customers with telephone inquiries and routine account requests.
