Bank of America is seeking a retail banking professional to engage clients in the lobby, educate them on self-service options, and assist with transactions. You will process cash, engage clients in meaningful conversations to identify financial needs, and connect them to appropriate solutions.

Responsabilités

• Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions via self-service resources (mobile/online banking, ATM)
• Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently for clients as needed
• Develop deep conversations to understand financial and life priorities and connect clients to suitable solutions
• Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence
• Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs
• Follow established processes to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Grow knowledge by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments
• Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively
• Drive the client experience and cash responsibilities
• Ensure efficient service delivery and client satisfaction
