Bank of America is seeking a team-oriented professional to engage clients in the lobby, educate on self-service tools (mobile/online banking and ATM), and efficiently process cash transactions.

The role requires building relationships to meet financial needs, following policy guidelines, and collaborating with experts in small business, lending, and investments to serve clients' goals. Weekend/extended hours may be required.
