Job summary

Natbank seeks a Client Relationship Representative for a 6-month contract at the Naples branch to build strong client relationships and support daily banking activities. You will identify client needs and refer them to the right specialist, promote digital solutions, and educate clients on product features and policies.

The role requires 1–2 years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with a team in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred, with 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with computer systems and digital tools, and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a team-oriented approach.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Languages: French, English.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, personalized relationships with clients to deliver an exceptional banking experience.
• Support a variety of daily banking and transactional activities while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify client needs and refer them to the appropriate banking specialist or resource.
• Promote the Bank’s products, services, and digital solutions, guiding clients to best meet their financial needs.
• Educate clients on features, benefits, policies, and procedures related to the Bank’s products and services.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via multiple channels.
• Coordinate referrals and follow up on client requests to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Resolve client issues to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate initiative by identifying opportunities to improve processes and service quality.
