DivaDance Rockwall/Wylie is hiring Client Experience Hosts to create a welcoming, energetic environment for members and guests. You will check in clients, assist first-time guests, and help build a thriving DivaDance community.

Join our founding team and support instructors, manage on-site needs, and engage with members during classes and events. Evening and weekend availability is a plus; passion for dance or entertainment is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Friendly, confident, and outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Proven customer service experience and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Comfortable discussing memberships or services with guests.
• Reliable, punctual, and organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

DivaDance Rockwall/Wylie is Hiring Client Experience Hosts!

Are you outgoing, organized, and the kind of person who can make someone feel welcome the second they walk through the door? DivaDance Rockwall/Wylie is looking for energetic, dependable, and charismatic Client Experience Hosts to join our founding team!

DivaDance offers fun, high-energy choreography classes for adults in a judgment-free environment. Our Client Experience Hosts help create the magic outside of the choreography—welcoming clients, building relationships, supporting instructors, and making sure every person has an amazing experience from check-in to goodbye.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome clients and create a fun, inclusive, and energetic environment
• Check clients into classes and assist first-time guests
• Get to know our clients and help build a strong DivaDance community
• Support instructors before, during, and after classes
• Help with class setup, cleanup, and other on-site needs
• Answer basic questions about classes, memberships, and upcoming events
• Help convert interested guests and first-time clients into members
• Encourage client engagement, retention, and participation in the community
• Represent DivaDance professionally and enthusiastically at classes and events

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable with sales and recommending memberships or services
• Able to create genuine connections and make people feel included
• Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
• Available for evening and/or weekend shifts
• Passion for dance, fitness, community, or entertainment is a plus—dance experience is not required
