Job summary

DivaDance is seeking Client Experience Hosts for Rockwall/Wylie to welcome guests, check them in, and foster a lively, inclusive community around our dance classes. You’ll support instructors, help guests feel at home, and contribute to a positive, high-energy studio culture.

Evening and weekend availability is preferred as you engage with clients, promote memberships, and ensure a memorable on-site experience from arrival to goodbye. Join our founding team and help shape our community.

Qualifications

• Friendly, confident, outgoing, and comfortable talking to new people.
• Dependable, punctual, and organized.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable with sales and recommending memberships or services.
• Dance experience is not required; enthusiasm for community is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and create a fun, inclusive environment.
• Check clients into classes and assist first-time guests.
• Build relationships with clients and grow the DivaDance community.
• Support instructors before, during, and after classes.
• Assist with class setup, cleanup, and on-site needs.

DivaDance Rockwall/Wylie is Hiring Client Experience Hosts!

Are you outgoing, organized, and the kind of person who can make someone feel welcome the second they walk through the door? DivaDance Rockwall/Wylie is looking for energetic, dependable, and charismatic Client Experience Hosts to join our founding team!

DivaDance offers fun, high-energy choreography classes for adults in a judgment-free environment. Our Client Experience Hosts help create the magic outside of the choreography—welcoming clients, building relationships, supporting instructors, and making sure every person has an amazing experience from check-in to goodbye.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome clients and create a fun, inclusive, and energetic environment
• Check clients into classes and assist first-time guests
• Get to know our clients and help build a strong DivaDance community
• Support instructors before, during, and after classes
• Help with class setup, cleanup, and other on-site needs
• Answer basic questions about classes, memberships, and upcoming events
• Help convert interested guests and first-time clients into members
• Encourage client engagement, retention, and participation in the community
• Represent DivaDance professionally and enthusiastically at classes and events
