DivaDance Rockwall/Wylie is seeking Client Experience Hosts to welcome clients, manage check-ins, and foster a vibrant, inclusive community. You will support instructors, help guests become members, and contribute to a high-energy, fun environment.

Ideal candidates are friendly, reliable, and outgoing, with strong communication and sales skills. Evening/weekend shifts and a passion for dance or fitness are a plus. Join our founding team and help shape the DivaDance culture.

Qualifications

• Friendly, confident, outgoing, and comfortable talking to new people.
• Dependable, punctual, and organized.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable with sales and recommending memberships or services.
• Able to create genuine connections and make people feel included.
• Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
• Available for evening and/or weekend shifts.
• Passion for dance, fitness, community, or entertainment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and create a fun, inclusive, and energetic environment.
• Check clients into classes and assist first-time guests.
• Get to know our clients and help build a strong DivaDance community.
• Support instructors before, during, and after classes.
• Help with class setup, cleanup, and other on-site needs.
• Answer basic questions about classes, memberships, and upcoming events.
• Help convert interested guests and first-time clients into members.
• Encourage client engagement, retention, and participation in the community.
• Represent DivaDance professionally and enthusiastically at classes and events.
