Job summary

DivaDance Rockwall/Wylie is seeking energetic instructors to join our founding team. Part-Time W-2 employees will teach high-energy DivaDance classes to adults, following our formats and branding. Training is provided to ensure you can lead confidently and create an inclusive, fun environment.

Pay is $30/hour with a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends. Located in Rockwall, Texas, this role offers opportunities to grow with our community and contribute to memorable,

Responsibilities

• Learn and teach DivaDance choreography to adult clients of all dance levels.
• Lead energetic, engaging classes while creating a welcoming and judgment-free environment.
• Break down choreography in a way that is easy to follow.
• Encourage clients and help create an unforgettable class experience.
• Arrive prepared, punctual, and ready to lead.
• Follow DivaDance class formats, training, and brand standards.
• Communicate professionally with the DivaDance Rockwall leadership team.
• Support special events, pop-ups, and other community experiences as scheduled.

DivaDance Rockwall/Wylie is Hiring Instructors!

Do you love dance, music, and creating an environment where people feel confident enough to completely let loose? DivaDance Rockwall is looking for energetic, dependable, and charismatic instructors to join our founding team!

DivaDance offers fun, high-energy choreography classes for adults in a judgment-free environment. Our classes are about more than learning choreography—we’re creating community, building confidence, and making sure every client leaves feeling amazing.

What You’ll Do

• Comfortable performing and speaking in front of groups

• Able to learn and retain choreography

• Passionate about creating an inclusive, judgment-free community
• Available for a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings and/or weekends

Previous dance, performance, fitness, choreography, or teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
