Job description

The Client Executive will serve as a top-level manager in a successful, growing firm. They will interact regularly with senior representatives of current and prospective clients. The Client Executive will oversee all client relations for a particular client or multiple clients, including project team performance and overall client satisfaction. They will bring extremely strong inter-personal skills with an aggressive yet personable demeanor.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic: Key contributor to defining and guiding the strategic plan.
  • Operational: Responsible for the delivery of services, development of culture, and execution of processes within the offices.
  • Marketing/Business Development: Establish and develop relationships with potential clients and work closely with Marketing & Business Development departments to develop new opportunities and build relationships.
  • Management/Leadership: Promote a support structure to develop staff abilities, responsible for staffing projections and overseeing recruitment of new staff.
  • Client relations: Oversee project team performance and overall client satisfaction.
Here’s What You’ll Need
  • Must be a Registered Architect in the State.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the architectural profession, with no less than 10 years managing project teams and processes.
  • Prior K-12 and/or Higher Education experience is required.
