Job summary

IMA Financial Group, Inc. seeks an experienced executive advisor to lead enterprise-level client engagements in Employee Benefits. You will drive business development, oversee complex funding models, and mentor teams to deliver strategic client outcomes.

You will maintain carrier relationships, influence benefits strategy, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders across the lifecycle. This role offers a comprehensive benefits package and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health License.
• 8+ years relevant experience.
• Advanced Excel; expert fluency in self-funding, captives and alternative funding strategies.
• Market-facing SME with deep industry insight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee highly complex enterprise-level book of business with high revenue and complex funding models.
• Advise key client stakeholders through the client lifecycle process.
• Drive business development and prospect strategy in Employee Benefits.
• Maintain networking with carriers and clients.
• Shape market- and enterprise-level benefits strategy.
• Coach, mentor and develop staff to support growth.

Leads enterprise‑level, high‑visibility client engagements with complex funding and service models. This role serves as a trusted executive advisor, drives business development, and leads teams or initiatives with significant market or enterprise impact.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES include but are not limited to:

• Book of Business: Oversight of highly complex, high-revenue, high-visibility book with enterprise-level clients, often with complex funding models and custom service structures that require very high service intensity and deep strategic engagement.
• Serves as a trusted advisor to key client stakeholders and is an expert in the client lifecycle process.
• Drives business development and prospect strategy as a subject matter expert serving the Employee Benefits department.
• Maintains networking with carriers and clients.
• Shapes and influences market‑level and enterprise‑level benefits strategy.
• Coaches, mentors, and develops staff and ensures team members receive support needed to grow.

Salary Range

$120,000—$150,000 USD
