We are currently seeking a dedicated Client Executive to join FDR Financial Group, a leading financial services company. As a Client Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth. This position is vital to our company as you will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing them with exceptional service and financial solutions. You will work on a variety of projects aimed at expanding our client base and increasing revenue, making this role essential to our success in the financial services industry.



Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
  • Provide personalized financial advice and solutions to clients based on their individual circumstances.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies to meet client objectives.
  • Monitor client portfolios and proactively address any issues or concerns.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional financial products or services to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on financial planning and investment opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics related to client satisfaction and retention.
