PBK Architects, Inc. seeks a Client Executive to lead client relations for strategic accounts and oversee project teams to ensure exceptional service and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Registered Architect license required.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the architectural profession.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience leading project teams, client relationships, and project delivery processes.
• Prior K-12 and/or Higher Education project experience required.
• Strong leadership, relationship management, and business development skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.

Job description

The Client Executive will serve as a top-level manager in a successful, growing firm. They will interact regularly with senior representatives of current and prospective clients. The Client Executive will oversee all client relations for a particular client or multiple clients, including project team performance and overall client satisfaction. The Client Executive will have extremely strong inter-personal skills with an aggressive, yet personable, demeanor.

Strategic Leadership

Contribute to the development and execution of the firm's strategic initiatives and long-term growth objectives. Partner with firm leadership to identify opportunities that strengthen client relationships, operational performance, and market presence. Leverage corporate resources and cross-functional support teams to achieve business and client goals.

Operational Leadership

Provide oversight for project delivery, client service, and team performance across assigned clients and projects. Promote operational consistency, accountability, and execution of firm standards, processes, and best practices. Monitor overall client satisfaction and collaborate with project leadership to proactively address concerns and drive successful outcomes.

Marketing & Business Development

Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients. Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams to identify new opportunities, support pursuit strategies, and expand market presence. Represent the firm in client meetings, industry events, and professional organizations.

Management & Leadership

Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment focused on mentorship, professional development, and accountability. Support staffing strategy, workforce planning, and recruitment efforts to align with operational and business needs. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams while promoting the firm's culture and client service standards.

Here's What You'll Need

• Registered Architect license required.
