Job summary

Logistics Health Incorporated (LHI) within the Optum family is seeking a Senior Clinical Practice Performance Consultant to drive enterprise clinical governance, strategy, and workforce design across OSHS programs.

You will translate complex federal/state requirements into scalable standards, lead cross-functional initiatives, and provide senior-level clinical guidance while collaborating with multiple enterprise partners. This role supports remote work from anywhere in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare, public health or healthcare administration.
• Active, unrestricted RN license; MSN/BSN/RN/NP as applicable.
• 8+ years in clinical, healthcare operations, quality, regulatory or consulting roles.
• Experience interpreting federal/state healthcare requirements and accreditation standards.
• Experience leading cross-functional clinical initiatives in a matrix organization.
• Ability to obtain US security clearance and travel 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level clinical consultation for OSHS programs and enterprise initiatives.
• Evaluate clinical models for safety, quality, regulatory alignment, and readiness.
• Develop enterprise clinical governance architecture and internal standards.
• Translate complex clinical requirements into practical standards for leadership and operations.
• Identify enterprise clinical gaps and opportunities for standardization.
• Apply High Reliability Organization principles to decision-making, risk, and improvement.
• Support RFIs/RFPs, contract modifications, and new-business development.
• Design workforce models and supervision structures across programs.
• Assess scope-of-practice, licensure, delegation, and supervision requirements.
