Job summary

SpeedPro Central PA is seeking a Client/Estimate Sales Representative who acts as the linchpin between our studio and corporate clients, strengthening relationships and building new ones to drive results.

You will partner with management to source leads, manage the estimating system, and drive the full sales process from telemarketing through closing, with occasional events and off-hours as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of prior sales or estimating experience.
• Experience with signs, graphic, vinyl, or wrapping installations.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree.

Core Functions

• Partner with management to acquire leads and progress them via qualification
• Participate in sales and marketing functions (networking events, studio tours, meet-and-greet events, etc.)
• Manage and utilize proprietary estimating system
• Manage the entire sales process from telemarketing to estimating and closing deals
• Execute a strong prospecting approach including audience segmentation, call scripting, and reporting
• Attend client meetings and entertainment as appropriate. (this position may require the occasional off‑hours or weekend commitment)

Compensation

$16.00 - $18.50 per hour.
