The base salary starts at $40,000 ($19.23/hour). In addition to base salary, Enrollment Specialists have the opportunity to earn $0–$20,000+ in annual commission, based on individual performance and achievement of established goals.
Consistently achieve or exceed sales and quality metrics including: Conversion Rate, Intakes, Appointment show rate, Revenue Contribution, QA, Scheduled adherence, and Productivity.
Monday–Friday, 8:00 am to 12 am EST; Saturday & Sunday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm EST (subject to change). This is an FT position with benefits, ranging from 32 to 40 hours per week, depending on business needs.
