Job summary

• BA in related healthcare field preferred.
• Minimum two years related work experience preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team and autonomously in a hybrid setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Professionally manage client interactions in person or by phone.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and collect co-pays as required.
• Enter data into scheduling systems and document notes in client charts.
• Coordinate with clinic staff, therapists and providers via Teams, email, or phone.
• Track cancellations, no-shows, and client arrivals; communicate follow-ups as needed.
• Respond to urgent clinical or safety concerns and escalate when appropriate.
