Brighter Day Law in Nashville is seeking a Client Intake Specialist who brings genuine empathy, clear communication, and the discipline to follow a proven system. You will handle inbound, marketing-qualified leads; no cold calling, and own the relationship from briefing to retainer discussion.

You’ll work in a structured, coaching-oriented environment with clear expectations, regular reviews, and rewards for performance.

Families reach out to Brighter Day Law in some of the hardest moments of their lives: divorce, custody, and estate planning. You are the first voice they hear, and the person who helps them take a confident next step.

We are looking for a Client Intake Specialist who brings genuine empathy, clear communication, and the discipline to follow a proven system consistently. If you have done work where people depended on you to stay steady while they couldn’t, and you want your results to be measured and rewarded, this role was designed for you.

What the role looks like:

• You work inbound, marketing-qualified leads only. No cold calling.

• An attorney joins every consultation to handle the legal advice. You own the relationship, the briefing, and the retainer conversation.

• Our intake, attorney handoff, and follow-up process is documented and taught, so you won’t be improvising.

• You’ll work in a structured, coaching-oriented environment where expectations are clear, feedback is direct and respectful, and strong performance is recognized and rewarded.

• $50,000 base salary plus monthly performance bonuses, averaging $1,000 or more per month.
