What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for client inquiries and handle escalations with urgency and care
- Collaborate with Sales and Client Engagement Managers to support the entire client lifecycle from onboarding to renewal
- Conduct benefit plan reviews and perform system audits to ensure operational effectiveness
- Assist in preparing and reviewing client renewal presentations with data-driven solutions
- Maintain a working knowledge of compliance regulations to educate clients effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in client service, benefits administration, or health insurance account management
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Active Life & Health Insurance License
- Strong understanding of employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life plans
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/HRIS platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SaaS platforms
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a passion for client experience
- High attention to detail and organizational strength
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively
