Job summary

Responsibilities

• Answering, returning, and screening calls; scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Check-in/check-out of in-person clients and document co-pays.
• Gather and scan documentation; enter data into the EHR and scheduler notes.
• Communicate with clinic staff and clients about next steps and follow-ups.
• Maintain daily appointment lists and support front-office operations.
