Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Client Engagement Manager with expertise in marketing and technology to join our team. This role requires a strategic thinker who thrives in client-facing environments, excels in building strong relationships, and is skilled in growing a portfolio of work. You will oversee a portfolio of projects for a Fortune 50 high-tech manufacturer, managing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving successful outcomes. This role demands strong consultative skills, leadership experience, and the ability to pitch new initiatives confidently. Our overall success is based on close, on-site partnerships with our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for technology engagements within the client CMO organization and related teams, supporting digital operations, marketing, CRM, campaign management, creative production, and analytics.
  • Build consultative relationships with key stakeholders and senior executives across your engagement portfolio.
  • Drive portfolio growth by developing new business opportunities, identifying client needs, and aligning services with business objectives.
  • Develop and present strategic solutions that address client pain points, leveraging marketing technology and digital expertise.
  • Lead and manage projects and services from initiation to closure, collaborating with cross-functional, multinational, and distributed teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Client & Business Development Skills
    • Proven experience in client management, account development, and consultative selling in a marketing or digital services environment.
    • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets through account growth and business development.
    • Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Marketing & Technical Skills
    • Deep understanding of marketing, technology, digital marketing operations, and analytics.
    • Experience managing complex marketing projects for Fortune 500 clients.
  • Leadership & Problem-Solving Skills
    • Strong leadership ability to work across cross-functional teams and drive project success.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
    • Demonstrate an innovation and continuous improvement mindset in a constantly changing technology landscape.
  • Education & Experience
    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • 7-10+ years of experience in client services or consulting.
    • Willingness to travel (~30% possible).
    • Valid work authorization status in the US.

In the US, the target base salary for this role is $180K-$220K. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors.
