EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Forward Deployed AI Architect to embed with client leaders and deliver AI-native solutions that move from pilot to production.

You will design end-to-end architectures, including orchestration, retrieval, and integration with systems of record, while defining guardrails and cost models. You will own measurable artifacts such as capability economics, guardrails-backed autonomy evidence, and a knowledge-graph slice of the client domain to ensure decisions are evidenced

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in designing AI-enabled architectures that scale to production.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into concrete decisions and designs.
• Experience delivering AI, RAG, and agentic workflows with real users and real processes.

Responsibilities

• Embed with client teams to move AI from pilot to production.
• Design end-to-end AI-native architectures including orchestration and guardrails.
• Create artefacts to measure impact: capability economics, agent autonomy proofs, and domain graphs.
