Job summary

Robots & Pencils is seeking a Staff Forward Deployed AI Engineer to lead the design, delivery, and adoption of AI/ML systems directly within client environments. You will own architecture, model development, and integration problems with a focus on reliability, security, and scalability.

You will embed with clients as a technical leader, shape AI architecture, and drive adoption of AI solutions that deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years software engineering experience in production AI/ML systems.
• Deep Python engineering experience and design for scalable systems.
• Strong cloud experience with AWS GenAI offerings.
• Proven ability to ship complex AI systems in client environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of end-to-end ML/AI systems at scale within client environments.
• Build and evolve scalable ML platforms and pipelines.
• Diagnose integration challenges in live systems across clouds and client contexts.
• Drive adoption of AI systems and provide enablement to client teams.
