Job summary

NXTPoint Logistics in the United States is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support assigned accounts, coordinating inbound/outbound shipments, and handling invoices and billing documents. You will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure SOPs are followed, while collaborating with vendors, sales, warehouses and shippers.

You will maintain relationships, monitor order status, support onboarding of new customers, and drive continuous process improvements in a fast-paced logistics

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college coursework or degree preferred.
• At least 2+ years of direct experience in logistics or a similar role.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management and warehousing terminology.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn warehouse/transportation systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent contact with clients and agents.
• Liaise between warehouse and customer for account and operations needs.
• Develop relationships with clients, vendors and partners.
• Oversee orders: entry, scheduling, tracking, cancellations, issues, and documentation.
• Adhere to SOPs and QA guidelines for customers and warehouse activities.
• Support onboarding of new customers.
• Maintain damage records, backorder logs, and regulatory reporting.
• Identify and recommend process improvements.
• Coordinate with billing staff to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
• Maintain department KPIs and reporting for customers.
• Participate in customer meetings.
• Contribute to department goals and procedures.
