Hub Group is seeking a Location Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at the assigned Wisconsin location(s). You will build strong client relationships, recruit and manage independent contractors, and drive profitability through effective routing, expense control, and staff leadership.

Successful candidates will demonstrate proven leadership, excellent communication, and a track record of delivering results while maintaining organized operations.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proven leadership ability and strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated track record of results and organizational skills.
• Experience managing operations and relationships in a service/ops environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations at the location(s).
• Build positive relationships with the client to maximize business share.
• Recruit and retain Independent Contractors as needed.
• Lead staff through daily stand-ups and field rides to ensure client satisfaction.
