Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years client service experience in a retail environment.
• 2-3 years sales and service experience with success in achieving goals.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open accounts and perform maintenance as required.
• Run a Teller drawer as needed by management.
• Engage clients through active calling, conversations, and follow-up.
• Meet or exceed sales, service, and referral goals with team and partners.
• Provide digital assistance for online banking and support.
• Travel between banking centers up to 60 miles per day.
