Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to quickly and effectively learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients entering the branch and managing lobby flow.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and new account openings while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with the team.
• Perform branch operations and cash-handling tasks in line with bank procedures.
