Job summary

Associated Bank in Milwaukee is seeking a Product Manager to manage and grow the consumer deposit portfolio, including savings, money market accounts, and CDs, using data to drive product improvements and customer retention.   • 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.

  • Experience managing consumer banking or deposit products.
  • Experience developing product strategies, business cases, or customer retention programs.
  • Experience using customer data and market research to inform product decisions.
  • Experience working in a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop product strategies, pricing recommendations, and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen primary banking relationships.
  • Analyze customer, market, and competitive data to identify trends, opportunities, and product enhancements.
  • Lead product discovery, business cases, and pitches for new products, features, and customer experiences.
  • Drive product launches and implementation efforts, partnering across Retail, Marketing, Finance, Technology, and other teams.
  • Partner with channel leaders to support product sales strategies, training, and customer engagement programs.
  • Ensure products meet regulatory and compliance requirements and adapt to system or regulatory changes.
  • Monitor product performance, pricing, profitability, and market position to identify opportunities for improvement.
