As our Manager, Client Delivery you will support our client Altria. You will be responsible for the management of programs, processes and people. This role includes supporting the development, execution, evaluation and management of activations that deliver on the expectations of internal and external partners. To thrive in this position, you will have the ability to create and cultivate environments, and approaches to work, where teams thrive; removing any obstacle that may challenge this. You are confident and comfortable presenting directly to clients and can multi-task effectively.

Required Skills

  • Program Management. You demonstrate a mastery of developing actionable program objectives, consistently exhibit a results-oriented mindset and a well-developed aptitude for executional and operational excellence. You plan, develop and implement strategy for the development of Client Delivery by anticipating and generating the support for emerging organizational needs. You understand agency, client, and account vision and identify potential opportunities and implications of the team’s activity while maintaining a continuous posture of compliance and regulatory adherence for all programs managed.
  • Cross Collaboration + Effective Communication. You display strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication; this allows you to serve internal partners and the client effectively. You are comfortable presenting to clients in a virtual and in-person setting; leading meetings, providing recommendations to the clients and communicating any issues that may arise. You ensure all team members are kept accurately informed and are able to effectively work against strategic operational plans in the delivery of client and program objectives. You can work independently and as part of a team with internal and external partners. This is important as you would down consistent communication with your team, the client and other internal departments.
  • Ownership. No two days are the same. You take initiative and showcase accountability on projects including internal and external relationship management, budget planning and project management. You have experience leveraging relevant channel marketing strategies, objective-setting, measurement, and research outputs, while fully familiarizing oneself with consumer research insights. You are comfortable taking risks that disrupts the status quo based on sound available information and experience judgement.
  • Ability to prioritize. You have excellent time management to maintain project timelines and action items, prioritizing and showing a sense of urgency when needed. This is crucial because if you’re part of the process isn’t complete on time, it can affect the full project lifecycle.
  • Travel. You are open to work-related travel for up to 50% of this role during peak times, based on varying workload needs.
