Job summary

Ansira is seeking a Manager who will connect the client, the agency of record, and internal teams to deliver high‑quality advertising solutions and ensure effective fund utilization. You will lead the operations team, provide partners with support and tools, and guide strategic initiatives across U.S.

and global teams. You will coach and develop team members, monitor performance, and conduct regular feedback and training sessions to keep personnel focused and motivated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, journalism, marketing, or related field.
• 3-4 years of agency management experience.
• Multimedia digital expertise.
• Advanced understanding of industry trends and technological innovation.
• Advanced knowledge of programs and products.
• Strong math, written and verbal communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Deep Excel knowledge to assist with complex ad hoc reporting (Power BI a plus).

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between the client, agency’s client partnership team, delivery leads, and operations to support dealers and their advertising partners.
• Serve as the day-to-day operations contact and lead internal and external calls.
• Mentor the department and team; provide feedback, set goals, and conduct 1:1s; manage PTO.
• Lead an energetic, proactive operations and service-oriented team.
• Communicate progress and performance to key stakeholders.
• Lead workflow establishment and team optimization across US and global teams to meet SLAs.
• Anticipate hurdles and adjust to prevent workflow inefficiencies.
• Create and distribute materials to support high-quality work (presentations, briefs, demos, case studies, reviews).
• Understand funds management/content management/dealer experience solutions; oversee content changes and communications.
• Perform quality-control checks at payment/funding level for compliance with guidelines.
• Identify opportunities for Ansira to grow with clients.
