Job summary

Early Warning in Phoenix/Scottsdale hybrid role focuses on client data management for CIS Implementation and Support. You will research data health, manage critical data projects for top-tier clients, and develop metrics and reporting to monitor data contributions and consortium data used in Early Warning products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or Data Analytics.
• Typically 5+ years in data analytics, data quality, data management, or related roles.
• 3 years in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau Prep, SAS, R or Python.
• Experience in Financial Institution or services operations, fraud detection, investigations and/or compliance is preferred.
• Strong PM skills with ability to lead multiple complex projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs research and analytics to assess data health and quality across datasets and consortia.
• Acts as SME for datasets and their relation to EWS products and services.
• Manages non-routine data projects and forecasts data quality validation work.
• Maintains multiple cases/projects using the Early Warning CRM tool.
• Collaborates with customers, vendors, business analysts, and development teams to assess data feeds.
• Develops reporting and manages reporting rhythms for stakeholders.
