Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Data Services Analyst to ensure client data is loaded accurately and governed according to controls. You will interact with clients and business owners, identify data issues, and communicate resolutions in non-technical language.

Reporting to the Data Services Team Lead, you will contribute to improving data flows and support benefits administration initiatives within a hybrid work environment in Tampa, Florida.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience using SQL preferred.
• Hands on experience with Oracle PL/SQL or similar SQL extensions is a plus.
• Ability to solve difficult problems in a complex environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, time management, and project organization skills.
• Demonstrate excellent project management skills a plus.
• Commitment to quality and understanding of data flows and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client data is loaded into the system with proper controls.
• Interacting with customers and business owners to identify underlying data issues.
• Communicate resolutions in non-technical language to stakeholders.
• Support data governance and data quality initiatives under supervision of the Data Services Team Lead.
