Job summary

Early Warning is seeking a data-oriented project manager to lead client data contribution projects in a hybrid Phoenix-area role. You will coordinate scope, requirements, testing, and deployment while ensuring high-quality data for Early Warning products and services.

The position emphasizes client-facing collaboration, data analysis, and process improvement, with the base pay scale in Phoenix and eligibility for incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• Education or experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Project Management or Data Analytics related field.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a data analytics, data quality or data management role or related experience.
• Experience in a client-facing or project management role with excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and concurrent deliverables.
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills; self-motivated learner.
• Ability to translate complex technical jargon into business language for stakeholders.
• Strong PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Successful completion of background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and lead client data projects from scope definition to milestones using the Early Warning CRM tool.
• Manage projects end-to-end including discovery, requirements, testing, and production validation.
• Provide regular status updates to customers and internal stakeholders; escalate as needed.
• Transition projects to business-as-usual operations while maintaining data quality standards.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, analysts, PMs and Dev teams to assess data feeds and expectations.
• Provide consultation on data contribution quality and remediation actions.
• Test and validate new data transmissions, mappings, and code changes.
• Conduct data quality assessments and coordinate remediation with clients.
