Job summary

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for all aspects of overseeing and supporting the program- wide case management databases. Also include serving as a program liaison for various clientdatabases, andassistingwith data quality assurance processes. Databases include, AWARDS, DHS CARES, and MTA Homeless Database

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and distribute targeted materials to staff covering basic training, policies and procedures, and related topics
• Conduct regular introductory trainings for new program staff, and ongoing specialized trainings for more advanced AWARDS and CARES
• Facilitate technical assistance for database users
• Customize database functionalities as necessary to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness of use
• Assistwith the preparation of program reports comparing key data from the casemanagement database to internal monthly reports. Program reports may include daily data reports, on-going placement tracking reports, monthly BRC reports, quarterly DHS reports and other reports as needed by either the funder or BRC.
• Perform other related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail,accuracyand pacing.
• Superior computer literacy skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, Power Point) and the ability to learn new computer applications with ease; knowledge of statistical software (e.g., SPSS) is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communicationskills.
• Interest in issues relating to homelessness, mentalhealthand/or substance abuse.
• Work requires continual attention to detail in managing data, processinginformationandestablishingpriorities.
