Job summary

Mirion Technologies is seeking a Client & Data Specialist I to provide responsive client support while ensuring accurate processing, maintenance, and integrity of regulatory and operational data across Certrec SaaS applications. You will assist clients and internal teams by handling inquiries, processing requests, maintaining documents, and completing workflows.

This entry-level role reports to the Customer Support & Data Services Manager and requires strong communication, organization, and data

Qualifications

High school diploma or higher is required.
0–2 years of experience in customer support, data entry, document processing, or related operational activities.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors and provide general office support.
Respond to client and internal inquiries via phone, Live Chat, email, and other channels.
Monitor the Support shared inbox and manage tickets."
Process account and access-related requests, including unlocks and re-verification.
Review and respond to contact requests submitted through Certrec.com and feedback through CertrecTV.
Research and resolve routine service issues and document actions taken.
