Job summary

Unisys is seeking a Client CTO who will act as a trusted technical advisor to C-suite stakeholders at key client accounts, leading solution strategy, transformation roadmaps, and ensuring security, risk, compliance, and audit readiness.

You will work with sales, delivery, product, and portfolio teams to shape solutions, drive multi-year roadmaps, and promote secure-by-design and compliance-by-design principles while advancing client outcomes and long-term value.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT Architecture, CTO, or innovation leadership roles.
• Proven track record driving digital transformation at enterprise scale.
• Strong cloud platform expertise (Azure, AWS, GCP) with business impact.
• Proven pre-sales, solutioning, and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Broad understanding of global enterprise technology landscapes.
• Excellent communication skills translating tech into business value.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate emerging technology trends and translate them into client value.
• Lead strategic discussions and innovation forums with clients.
• Develop multi-year transformation roadmaps aligned to business priorities.
• Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to shape winning solutions.
• Provide strategic input into proposals, renewals, and account plans.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with client executives and key stakeholders.
