ExamWorks is seeking a Client Coordinator-Lead to join our team. In this role, you'll act as a senior team advisor and handle inquiries from doctors, attorneys, paralegals, and claim representatives regarding scheduling, report status, concerns, or general requests for information.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support the department by ensuring client inquiries and product lines are completed efficiently and with high quality.
  • Serve as a team advisor, answering questions and assisting with ongoing training.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from clients or their representatives regarding questions, report status, or concerns.
  • Assist in resolving physician and customer complaints, escalating issues as needed.
  • Use systems and databases to enter and retrieve client information.
  • File and archive cases, ensuring accurate and current information in the database.
  • Maintain client relationships and meet specific requirements.
  • Provide backup support to team members.
  • Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, emailing, and proofreading.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal ERISA and state mandates.
  • Provide insights on quality and compliance to management.
  • Participate in developing policies and procedures for efficient operations.
  • Engage in educational and training activities as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of clerical experience or equivalent education and experience.
  • Experience supervising in a legal office preferred.
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance.
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Promote a positive team environment.
