What You'll Do

We are looking for a Customer Demand Generation Manager to implement marketing programs focused on upselling and cross-selling within our existing customer base. You will execute targeted campaigns to promote product expansion, increase revenue, and support our customer marketing strategy.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer experienced in email marketing, paid media, content marketing, and campaign execution. You will report to and collaborate with the Sr. Manager of Customer Marketing, sales, and product marketing teams to drive engagement and conversions among current customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution: Implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, webinars, paid media, website content, direct mail, etc.) designed to facilitate upsell and cross-sell opportunities within our existing customer base. Ensure campaigns align with broader strategies, leveraging insights from sales, product marketing, and customer success teams. Execute targeted list segmentation to personalize messaging and improve conversion rates. Use marketing automation tools to build and deploy nurture programs supporting expansion efforts.
  • Lead Generation: Partner with sales to maintain a pipeline of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) for upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Track and optimize lead handoff processes to enhance sales efficiency and campaign performance.
  • Campaign Performance & Optimization: Monitor campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, pipeline influence) and optimize campaigns accordingly. Conduct A/B testing to improve engagement and conversion. Collaborate with analytics teams to refine audience targeting and messaging based on data insights.

Who You Are

  • Passionate about supporting mission-driven organizations and digital transformation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or tech industries.
  • Proven success in running multi-channel campaigns (email, paid ads, webinars, website content, direct mail).
  • Experience with upsell/cross-sell strategies targeting existing customers.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (email marketing, automation, workflows, segmentation).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (lead management, reporting, MQL tracking).
  • Comfortable using Google Analytics and conducting A/B tests.
  • Strong skills in email marketing, list segmentation, and campaign execution.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with sales, product marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Effective communicator capable of reporting results and recommending next steps.

Physical & Travel Considerations

  • Ability to work in an office environment and handle extended computer-based work, including phone calls.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, up to 10% of the time.
