Description

The Client Coordinator position with ExamWorks is a great opportunity for talented candidates who are enthusiastic about making a difference in healthcare. Candidates from diverse backgrounds such as customer service, call centers, sales support, clerical, administrative, and reception are encouraged to apply.

You will service inquiries from clients, physicians, nurses, or their representatives. This involves data processing tasks like data entry, tracking, documentation, and filing.

This is a 100% remote role. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:30am-7:00pm CT, with 1-2 weekends per month and 3-4 holidays annually. Training occurs from 9:00am-5:30pm CT, after which you will transition to the regular schedule.

Responsibilities include:

  • Respond promptly to inquiries regarding questions, report status, concerns, or information requests.
  • Use systems and databases for data entry and retrieval.
  • Coordinate with the QA department regarding workflow and report status.
  • File and archive cases.
  • Verify client information and document guidelines in the system.
  • Work independently and collaboratively to ensure timely case handling.
  • Direct calls to appropriate departments.
  • Perform clerical duties such as typing, emailing, and proofreading.
  • Assist with customer complaints and quality assurance issues.
  • Notify management of report issues or concerns.
  • Follow safety and legal regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of clerical experience or equivalent education and experience.
  • Proficiency with computers, fax, copier, scanner, and phone systems.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet applications.
  • Ability to adapt to a high-volume contact center environment.
  • Flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
