Job description

If so, we would love to meet you. Our client is a boutique law firm in the Mandarin area dedicated to guiding individuals and families through life, business, and elder law planning with compassion and care. Our office is growing, and we’re looking for a Client Coordinator who can help us maintain our high-touch service experience and keep our operations running smoothly. The position is fully on-site, not remote. This is an hourly position paying $20/hr.

Salary and Schedule:

Salary: $41,600 - $41,650 per year

Shift: First

Work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

As our full time Client Coordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of our client experience—from first contact through final resolution. You’ll manage new client intake, support current client communications, and ensure every interaction is handled with professionalism and warmth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering phones and responding to client emails with clarity and care
  • Handling initial client contact and scheduling consultations
  • Assisting clients through our consultation and onboarding process
  • Drafting and exporting retainer letters
  • Processing original legal documents
  • Managing ongoing client relationships with regular updates and check-ins
  • Maintaining our customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Conducting internal audits of client files and service engagement
  • Supporting the firm’s standard operating procedures for consistency and cohesion
  • Assisting with general office administrative tasks as needed
