Job summary

Antonyan Miranda, LLP is seeking an experienced attorney who understands litigation but is ready to step away from a traditional caseload. The role is ideal for a family law or litigation attorney who enjoys client interaction, case analysis, and strategy development, while avoiding pressure from discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.

You will consult with prospective clients, assess matters, identify strategy, and connect them with the right litigation team.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license.
• Experience in family law or civil litigation preferred.
• Ability to assess cases and advise clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with prospective family law clients by phone, video, and in person.
• Understand legal issues, personalities, goals, and complexity of each matter.
• Identify case needs and appropriate next steps based on litigation experience.
• Build trust and rapport with prospective clients.
• Explain the firm’s approach, attorneys, retainers, and engagement process.
• Match clients with the right litigator based on complexity, strategy, personality, and budget.
• Coordinate consultations with firm litigators when appropriate.
• Follow up with qualified clients and guide them through retention.
• Ensure a seamless handoff to the litigation team.
• Deliver a five-star client experience from the first interaction.
