Responsibilities

• Consult with prospective family law clients by phone, video, and in person.
• Assess concerns, determine fit for the firm, and build trust.
• Explain services, attorneys, retainer requirements, and next steps.
• Match clients with appropriate attorney based on case needs and budget.
• Coordinate strategic consultations with litigators when appropriate.
• Guide qualified prospects through engagement and onboarding with the litigation team.
• Deliver a high-quality client experience, maintaining Antonyan Miranda standards.
