Qualifications

• Strong prospecting and ability to establish a client base.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with integrity.

• Comfort with POS/iPad/handheld systems.

Responsibilities

• Create and foster hospitality through exceptional customer experiences.
• Support service enhancements including Concierge usage.
• Achieve sales and service metrics in key areas.
• Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs.
• Understand customer needs through curious, confident conversations.
• Share current products and fashion trends to build wardrobe and trust.
• Lead or supervise others occasionally and open/close the store.
• Represent the brand image professionally.
